From potential to performance

Culture drives performance

Adaptive cultures dramatically outperform non-adaptive cultures over time

Our experience shows us that culture has a direct impact on performance.

A study comparing cultures revealed huge differences in performance over time and made crystal clear, the effect of organisational culture on performance. Conducted by Prof John P Kotter and Dr James L Heskitt, the study compared 207 top-tier firms over an 11-year period.

It showed some dramatic results between the two cultures, across revenue, share price, net income and employment.

To effectively implement your organisational strategy, you need an established,  supportive and adaptive culture

“By the end of the first 18 months working with The Pacific Institute, productivity had improved by 24%, costs reduced by 19%, customer claims reduced by 22%. The savings for these improvements were approximately $7m annually, for a one-time cost of less than 5% of that.”
